My Review:
I want to start by saying I LOVED book 1. I was so excited to start book 2, but as it turned out, I did not enjoy this book as much as book one. It took me a little over a month to finish this book. There were moments of it that were really good and then moments that I felt were not so good. I would set the book down for a few days and then I would pick it back up again. I pushed my way through because I really wanted to know where the next book fits in. I will continue with the series only because I really like the characters but I just wasn't thrilled about the story of this book. Hoping book 3 will be better. This book takes off right where book 1 leaves. Audrey Rose and Thomas are on a train headed to London to one of Europe's best schools of forensic medicine. Things begin to happen on the train and they begin there journey from there. They go from Stalking Jack the Ripper to Hunting Prince Dracula. Audrey and Thomas were really not welcomed at the academy from the moment they arrive. They are being watched. But blood baths begin to happen around them and the search for the killer begins. They see bit marks on victims and bodies drained of blood that only means one thing... There are vampires. But how can this be? So they study of this story begins. It was okay. I just wasn't impressed I guess. After really enjoying book and having such high expectation for this book, I let myself down.
